We've created 20, in average 1000m2 big building grounds with all communal services in the neighbourhood of one Hungary's most beautiful golf places. All of the grounds offer a pleasant panorama.

The adjustment plan of the area:
adjustments of a garden city district are valid for the building grounds, which are the followings:

an alone standing building is allowed
minimal size of a ground is: 900 m2
maxiumum flated buildings,
building border is: maximum 20 %
building height is: maximum 4,5 m
A 5-8 meter long forecourt has to be created on the side of the communal area.

For the block and row-house grounds are the adjustments of little city valid:
Minimal size of the grounds: 1 200 m2
Maximum a 6-flated building
Building border 30 and 40 %
Maximum building height is 6 m
